So my awesome husband scheduled a massage appointment for me for our anniversary so I’m about to jet off to that (rough life, I know). Just wanted to stop in and share my eats for What I Ate Wednesday since I’m assuming I’m going to be a relaxed jello ball when I get home and won’t be in the mood for typing on the computer.
SO, here we go!
For lunch I had a pita with thai peanut hummus, spinach, avocado & smoked cheddar. Oh yah – and a few carrots on the side.

We’ve been away a lot lately and eating out so we decided to enjoy a nice dinner at home for our anniversary. I set up a table outside and made some ribs, cole slaw & mashed buffalo cauliflower. Oh yah – and some wine of course. This bottle was actually left over from our wedding (nicely aged for 2 years

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY:
Watching the sun rise over the beach and then getting my ass kicked in a tough workout (like this morning).
Only one more month left of beach boot camp. Boy am I going to miss this!
